the man este persoana,deci NICIODATA which
which se foloseste doar la interogativ,atunci cand trebuie sa aleg intre mai multi:
which one?  (la politie,habar n am)
dar cand raspund zic
the one who/that..daca se diferentiaza prin ceva ce face/a facut(walks funny/stands in the middle etc)  sau
the one with ..daca vreau sa povestesc cum e imbracat etc
